Creating your own jewelry line takes more than a beautiful design. Design, materials, retail price and product range need to work together. Should the collection complement your existing brand, reach a new target audience or be sold as an exclusive own brand in retail? These questions are the starting point for our development process.

As an owner-managed brand house based in Ismaning near Munich, we draw on experience from our ten own jewelry and watch brands. The focus is not on the style of an Aviano brand, but on your company’s identity. For an insight into our different brand positions, explore our brand portfolio.

Material and finish determine how a piece of jewelry feels, looks and can be positioned in terms of price. We therefore tailor our selection to the design, intended use and your target price range.

• Stainless steel, titanium and brass. Additional materials for a range of design and price requirements. We determine the right finish based on the specific model.
• Leather and textile bands. For complementary material combinations within your collection.
• Pearls and stones. Available on request and tailored to the design in question.

Whether necklaces, bracelets, earrings or rings, we always consider individual styles as part of the overall product range. Repeated shapes, proportions and details can create a recognizable line without making every piece of jewelry look the same.

Private-label jewelry carries your brand and is developed or adapted for your offering. Depending on the project, this may involve individually developed designs or suitable existing styles featuring your logo. We agree on the scope, design options and minimum order quantities before implementation.

Our business unit Aviano Studio brings together commissioned development, from the initial brief through samples and approvals to packaging in your brand identity and delivery. You retain responsibility for the brand; Aviano, as the legal manufacturer, assumes responsibility for the product and compliance.

1. Define the project. Tell us about your target audience, sales channels, desired products, target price ranges, planned quantities and intended launch date.
2. Agree on the design and materials. We develop a suitable design set and determine the materials and finishing details.
3. Review and approve samples. Physical samples allow you to assess the designs. We document any changes and approvals before moving on to the next phase.
4. Coordinate production. Manufacturing is carried out through our partner network in Europe and Asia. The material, technology and quantity determine the right approach.
5. Deliver ready for sale. We agree on packaging, labeling and delivery destination with you. Delivery is made to your central warehouse or directly to the agreed stores.
