1. Send us your application. Use the application form or email us. A résumé, a brief cover letter and relevant references are all you need to start.
2. You’ll hear from us within 2 to 3 business days. We’ll give you an honest response about whether it’s a fit. Silence isn’t our style.
3. First interview. By phone or in person, depending on the role and distance. We’ll get to know each other, and you can ask us questions. We’ll have a few for you, too.
4. For office roles: a second interview or a trial workday. So you can see what it’s really like here, and we can see how you work.
5. Decision. We make decisions promptly because long waits don’t help anyone.

A flawless résumé isn’t what counts here. We look for three things: an interest in the work, the ability to collaborate well with a team, and a willingness to get hands-on rather than just explain. We’ll teach you the rest or learn it together.
