Design

We offer the customer the special opportunity to create their own new jewellery, watches or whole collections in close collaboration with our design team. Thereby differing substantially from jewellery manufacturers in Asia, who, for the most part, do not have the necessary skills for creating designs for martketable jewellery or watches.

Using pictures, samples and product or collection descriptions we gather first notions. Based on these, we vompile the initial product proposals. Of course you are welcome to disclose your specific ideas for the jewellery or watch you pictured.

Design

We offer the customer the special opportunity to create their own new jewellery, watches or whole collections in close collaboration with our design team. We can refer to the Aviano design data bank as the base for your individual product or colletion. Our data bank currently includes more than 3.000 realized designs. It is one of the largest jewellery and watch design data banks in Europe

On average, our design team needs 1 to 3 weeks from your inquiry to design a piece of jewellery. For collections of up to 40 designs, the average time is 4 to 7 weeks.

For watches, the average time for the development, dtarting with our inquiry, is 2 to 4 weeks. For collections of up to 20 designs, we need 4 to 8 weeks.

Sampling

Employing extensive CAD-techniques, we will have 3D models of the chosen designs made. Each piece of jewellery and watch will be realized true to size and the last detail.

Based on these models, the first samples will be produced in our manufacturing facilities. Depending on the material the samples will be made on specifically designed CNC-machines or by hand. Once the samples have been successfully checked by our quality control they will be forwarded to you. The samples can be changed if necessary.

For the jewellery sample production, we need 5 to 7 weeks once the designs have been confirmed (not dependant on the number of samples). To produce watch samples, it takes 6 to 10 weeks once the designs have been confirmed (not dependant on the number of watches).

Mass production time including delviery, not depending on the quantity, is 6 to 10 weeks for jewellery.

Production

We are happy to realize your individual ideas for packaging and production as well. With the corresponding packagin and displays, we put the right spin on your product. For the sample production of packaging and displays we need approx. 4 to 8 weeks.

After mass production, jewellery and watches are subjected to a thorough quality control. Before we send you the goods they will be packaged and labelled according to your instructions.

We will send out the ordered articles on the requested delivery date. You can choose to have your articles sent to different, global locations. It is also possible to store the articles in our warehouse facilities and have them sent at a later time. If necessary, we can also send the goods to your customers.

Along with the fulfillment you may also wish to use our other services, like having us take over the warranty handling. This is especially important with watches.
